What services do you provide?
How did you get into hair/makeup?
I have been a licensed esthetician since 2011 and working with makeup professionally since 2008. My love of painting and art is what initially led me to seek out a career in this industry. I work doing makeup for weddings and events as well as photoshoot work. I can also be found in the treatment room for facials, waxing, and lash extensions. It's a true privilege to be a part of the ever evolving world of esthetics and beauty.
What does your own daily look consist of?
I've always been a fan of trying out new makeup looks and changing things up with each new season! I love to play with different lip colors and try out new brands however on a very regular basis I always at least make sure to have a hydrating tinted moisturizer with SPF, a great mascara, and a nicely filled in brow.
How do you achieve the perfect Boudoir look?
It's always important to me that a client feels very comfortable discussing exactly what look they are wanting to create. Having an initial consultation with them before beginning makeup services helps me create their vision and ensure their happiness with the final look!
Do you have a skin/haircare routine that you follow?
As an esthetician I believe in regular facials, never going to bed in your makeup, and trying your best to stick to even a simple routine each day. It's also important to always remember that sunscreen is your friend!
What's a beauty tip or hack that most women might not know?
For ladies with light lashes like myself, using a black liquid liner on the backs of the lashes can help make the entire lashline appear dark, where mascara may have missed!
What sets you apart from the rest?
There are so many wonderfully talented artists out there that I'm not sure I can really say what makes me completely different. What I can say is that I feel like I'm an easy person to talk with and want to always make people feel comfortable and truly happy with their makeup. I think it's important to be open to my client's opinions and thoughts on their look and want strive to create an environment of ease and fun during their session!
